I proudly serve in the British Army with the Royal Regiment of Fusiliers.
I have represented the British Army boxing team, fighting for them against fellow military personnel in the Royal Air Force and Royal Navy, as well as members of the armed forces of our allies from across the world. I am a qualified Physical Training Instructor who is passionate about fitness and health. In my spare time, I like to socialise with friends and family, go to the gym, and spend time with my dog. I love working as a PTI and helping others – and I know first-hand that exercise and fitness can help people get healthier mentally as well as physically.

Vision and Purpose
I’m raising money for Mental Health Awareness – a fantastic cause needed in the modern day more than ever. I have seen and lost family and friends to mental health crises, and I know personally how depression, and feeling hopeless and lost, can bring someone to the brink. I hope to raise awareness that things can, and do, get better. I want others to know that they are never alone, and there is light at the end of even the darkest of tunnels.
Target Funds
I don’t have a target, to be honest. I hope to raise as much as possible and will be happy and proud because I know I will have tried my hardest, and that every pound matters.
Y Porth i Gymru Ultra Marathon famously known as The Pigum
I will be running the y Porth i Gymru Ultra Marathon. It’s a 30-mile run around Abergavenny that covers country road and gruelling trail terrain, featuring approximately 5,446 feet of elevation gain as it traverses through the Brecon Beacons mountain range.
