🍵 Grief Cafe is a warm and welcoming space to talk about grief — over a cuppa. This event is hosted monthly by Kasia Halani, a bereaved parent who was trained by Grief Educator David Kessler. This café is for anyone who has experienced loss to connect and support each other.
💗 Grief is a change we didn’t ask for. You don’t have to face it alone.
Who is Grief Cafe for?
This space is open to any adults who has experienced grief of any kind — whether it’s the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a future that was hoped for, or the life you had before everything changed.
It’s especially for:
  • People grieving a death (recent or long ago)
  • Those feeling isolated in their grief
  • Anyone affected by suicide loss
  • People who want to connect through honest conversations
There will be no pressure to speak — just come as you are and you will be welcomed 🩵
What happens at Grief Café?
We meet in a local café to talk, listen, and share stories over tea and coffee🤗 There will be no agenda, no therapy, no expectations — just real, honest conversation about grief in a relaxed, supportive setting.
