Urgent mental health support can help someone when they’re experiencing a mental health crisis to manage the symptoms they are currently experiencing and put strategies in place to help deescalate the crisis.

Call the Samaritans 24/7 helpline on 116 123 to talk to a trained volunteer if you are struggling to cope with your mental health and need support.

Text SHOUT to 85258 to get support with your mental health using SHOUT’s 24/7 text messaging service.

Call the 24/7 PAPYRUS HOPELINE on 0800 068 41 41 if you are under the age of 35, or supporting someone under 35, for support with mental health and suicidal thoughts.
