Relive the Joy: Our Laughter Workshop – A Night of Healing & Connection!
On April 4th, Jak’s World Suicide Prevention Charity hosted a heartwarming Laughter Workshop at St. Clement’s Church in Ordsall, Salford. Led by a skilled laughter therapist, the session was a delightful escape from daily stresses, reminding us of the incredible power of laughter in healing and connection.
Participants enjoyed a relaxing evening filled with playful exercises, breathing techniques, and contagious giggles—all designed to reduce tension, boost mood, and foster a sense of togetherness. Laughter therapy isn’t just about fun; it’s a proven way to relieve stress, strengthen resilience, and create bonds in a supportive, judgment-free space.
At Jak’s World, we believe in the importance of mental and emotional well-being, and this workshop was a beautiful example of how simple, joyful moments can make a big difference. Whether you came to laugh, unwind, or simply be present, the room was alive with positivity and shared warmth.
