Join Jak’s World: Your Midweek Boost for Connection & Support!

Jak’s World Support Group is a welcoming and nurturing community initiative designed to bring people together for mutual support and understanding. Held every Wednesday from 6:00 to 7:30 pm at the vibrant Ordsall Art Centre, this group is a safe space where attendees can connect, share their experiences, and gain a sense of belonging. The sessions are open to all individuals who seek encouragement, companionship, or simply a break from the stresses of everyday life. Led by compassionate facilitators, each gathering focuses on fostering open conversation, shared learning, and meaningful interactions. Participants are encouraged to share stories, listen to others, and build connections that extend beyond the weekly meetings.

The Ordsall Art Centre’s creative atmosphere enhances the experience, offering an inspiring setting that promotes reflection and self-expression. With a mix of structured activities and open discussions, Jak’s World Support Group adapts to the needs of its participants, ensuring each meeting feels fresh and engaging. Whether you come to speak, listen, or just be present, the group ensures that everyone is heard and valued. These sessions help to reduce feelings of isolation and promote emotional wellness, empowering attendees to face their challenges with renewed confidence.

Jak’s World recognizes that the journey to mental and emotional health is unique for everyone, and the group is dedicated to supporting each member’s path. By attending, participants can benefit from the shared wisdom of the group and develop practical coping strategies in a warm, non-judgmental environment.
