Are you feeling isolated? struggling with grief, anxiety, or life’s challenges? You’re not alone🩵Come Join us for FREE on 4th June 2025, 10am – 12pm at Ordsall Library, 2 Robert Hall St, Salford M5 3LT.
Through this series of 6 FREE biweekly artistic events running from 4th June to 13th August leading up to the National Suicide Prevention Week, we connect through art, share stories and create new memories to combat mental health challenges.
This event is designed to support people facing loneliness, isolation, and emotional struggles.

🎨 Painting and creative design – making personalized tote bags, keyrings, and framed artwork 🖼️
🦒 Poetry and creative writing – exploring emotions through written expression 🖋️
🧵 Beginner-friendly crochet skills – offering a mindful and calming creative outlet🧘
📚 Self-publishing support – guiding individuals interested in publishing a book, in particularly with children’s books🧸
