🏔️ Climbing for a Cause: The Three Peaks Challenge 2025 in Memory of Jakub

In the week commencing 16th June 2025, four of Jakub’s closest friends will take on one of the UK’s toughest endurance tests — the Three Peaks Challenge 2025 — in memory of Jakub and in support of Jak’s World Suicide Prevention Charity.

Their goal? To summit Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, and Snowdon — the highest mountains in Scotland, England, and Wales — all within 24 hours.

This powerful journey is more than just a physical feat. It is a tribute to Jakub’s life, a show of solidarity, and a call to action to support mental health and suicide prevention across the UK. Together, we aim to raise awareness, start conversations, and raise funds for the life-changing work being done through Jak’s World.

🧗‍♂️ The Climbers

The names of the climbers will be confirmed soon, but they are four dedicated friends of Jakub who have committed themselves to completing this intense challenge in his memory. Their courage and camaraderie reflect the very spirit that Jak’s World was built upon — to be there for one another, to push through tough times, and to never climb alone.

🚐 Support Crew

Ronak Halani, Jakub’s dad, will fully support the team and manage the expedition.

Ronak will take on the critical role of:

  • Driving the team between peaks

  • Providing food, accommodation, and amenities

  • Ensuring access to first aid supplies

  • Managing logistics and safety

His commitment ensures the climbers can focus entirely on their goal while staying safe, nourished, and motivated throughout the challenge.

📍 The Journey: 3 Peaks. 24 Hours. 1 Mission.

💙 Why We’re Climbing

This isn’t just about three mountains. It’s about the mountains that so many face silently — mental health struggles, loss, isolation, and grief. Jakub’s memory drives us to raise awareness and offer hope.

Jak’s World exists to shine a light in those darkest moments — through outreach, education, and support for those affected by suicide and mental health challenges. Every donation goes toward building a future where fewer lives are lost and more voices are heard.
